NOKTA GUARD SİBER GÜVENLİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ JOB APPLICANT EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT ON THE PROCESSING AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"), as the Data Controller NOKTA GUARD SİBER GÜVENLİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as "Nokta Guard" or the "Company"), because you are our job applicant, we request that you declare as follows if you give your explicit consent regarding the matters below so that your personal data can be processed, except for cases falling within the exceptions under the Law (cases where the Law does not require explicit consent, or where processing is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or for the legitimate interest of the data controller):
I declare that I give my explicit consent to the processing and retention of my identity data and special categories of personal data such as my health data and trade union/association/foundation memberships that I have shared with your Company during the review of my application to an open position within your Company, by your Company, your Company's Affiliates and Business Partners, and Companies from which your Company Receives Personal Data Processing and Storage Services, within the scope of carrying out the job application processes for the open position within your Company, for the purposes of checking my references and carrying out the necessary research, and evaluating my CV for a suitable position that may arise in the future if I am not hired. In addition, I accept and declare that I have obtained the necessary permissions from the persons I have given as references and from my Relatives to share their personal data, and that my said References and Relatives have given their explicit consent to the sharing of their personal data with your Company. Otherwise, I irrevocably accept, declare and undertake to immediately pay the Company any administrative fine and pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation to be paid by the Company as a result of any warning, application, trial or investigation arising from a violation of the privacy of private life and a personal data breach.
I declare of my own free will that I have read the "Job Applicant Privacy Notice Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698" provided by your Company and have been informed of my rights under the Law, and that I knowingly and willingly give my explicit consent to the processing and retention of my personal data in accordance with the "Job Applicant Privacy Notice" and my declarations above. I know and accept that if I approve this document on the internet or in a digital environment by ticking the box that provides the link to open this text, this document will have the same legal effect as if I had accepted it by signing it with a wet signature, and that the Company's records will be taken as the basis.
